Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to be stopped.

1547 square metres, adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. 60481; shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 69074, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, the portion of access way described in the Schedule to be stopped, and

(b) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the Schedule to be road which shall vest in The North Shore City Council.

Land Acquired for General Education Purposes in Rodney District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for general education purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette, and that part of the water easement over area “B” on S.O. Plan 68794, created by transfer 615877, shall merge with the fee simple herein acquired.
