into the Manawatu River upstream to the confluence with
Makiekie Creek.

Tiraumea River
All the waters of the Tiraumea River from where it flows
into the Manawatu River upstream to the confluence with
Makuri River.

Makuri River
All the waters of the Makuri River from where it flows
into the Tiraumea River upstream to the confluence with
Makuri Stream.

Mangaore Stream
All the waters of the Mangaore Stream from where it flows
into the Manawatu River upstream to the Mangahao Power
Station.

Mangahao River
All the waters of the Mangahao River from where it flows
into the Manawatu River upstream to Mangahao No. 2
Dam.

Mangatainoka River
All the waters of the Mangatainoka River from where it
flows into the Tiraumea River upstream to the confluence
with Mangaroa Stream.

Makakahi River
All the waters of the Makakahi River from where it flows
into Mangatainoka River upstream to the confluence with
Mangaroanga Stream.

Sale of Wanganui Harbour Land
Pursuant to Part IV of the Harbours Act 1950, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Transport, the General
Manager, Policy, having obtained, pursuant to section
143A (3) of the Act, the concurrence of the Secretary to the
Treasury under delegation from the Minister of Finance,
hereby approves, pursuant to sections 143A (1) (a) and
143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the
Schedule below by The Wanganui District Council and
specifies that this approval is effective from the date of this
notice.

Schedule
(a) All that parcel of land containing 544 square metres,
more or less, in the City of Wanganui, being Sections
426 and 427, right bank Wanganui River, being
certificate of title, Volume 29C, folio 210 (Wellington
Registry).

Registry), subject to lease No. 336125.2.
