Pursuant to section 34 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of the ordinary rules, set out in the Schedule hereto, which shall come into force as stated in the Schedule.
Schedule
Civil Aviation Rules Part 61: Pilot Licences and Ratings, Amendment 3 which shall come into force on 4 December 1997.
These ordinary rules are available for inspection at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, 1 Market Grove (P.O. Box 31-441), Lower Hutt.

Industry Training Act 1992
New Zealand Society of Master Plumbers and Gasfitters Incorporated
The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 20th day of October 1997, the New Zealand Society of Master Plumbers and Gasfitters Incorporated, was granted full recognition as an Industry Training Organisation for the Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying, Concrete Roof Tiling, Metal Roofing and Cladding Industries for a further period of 5 years with effect from the 20th day of October 1997.
It will set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the above areas:
Levels 1–8.
The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.
