Revoking a Notice—Land Severed by Road—Paramata Haywards Road (State Highway No. 58), Porirua City

Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby revokes the notice dated the 12th day of August 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 28th day of August 1997, No. 108, page 2552, under the heading “Land Severed by Road—Paramata Haywards Road (State Highway No. 58), Porirua City”.
