Pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is acquired for a limited access road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
