Land Declared to be Road in the District of Buller

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Authorised Officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Buller District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Southland Survey District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information, New Zealand, Dunedin, hereby declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be declared road and which shall vest in The Southland District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be stopped and that the stopped road:
Firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title 8C/31, subject to all existing encumbrances.
Secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title 11C/489, subject to all existing encumbrances.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, shall be taken as a severance and that severance:
Firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title 8C/31, subject to all existing encumbrances.
Secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title 11C/489, subject to all existing encumbrances.
