Road Realignment in Buller District
Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and equitably exchanged and further declares that it shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 9A/444, Nelson Land Registry.
First Schedule
Nelson Land District
3203 square metres, more or less, being part Section 7, Block II, Waitakere Survey District; shown as ‘D’ on S.O. Plan 13321.
Second Schedule
Nelson Land District
2852 square metres, more or less, being legal road adjoining Sections 6 and 7, Block II, Waitakere Survey District; shown as ‘H’ on S.O. Plan 13321.

Land Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 2), Papatawa-Tararua District
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 2 and vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired and Set Apart for Road (State Highway No. 2), Gaisford Road—Hawke’s Bay District
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for road, and further declares pursuant to section 52, the land described in the Second Schedule, shall be set apart for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 2, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares that, the land described in the Schedule to this notice, is hereby acquired for limited access road, which pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown.
