Land Acquired for a Road in Matamata-Piako District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, that part of the land declared road herein which is contiguous with State Highway 27, has become road, limited access road and State highway.

Road Realignment in Taupo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in the Crown.
