Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares pursuant to section 20 (1), an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 99, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Stopping Road—Hall Road, Waipawa District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of August 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 14th day of August 1997, No. 89, page 2138, under the heading “Road Stopped and Amalgamated—Hall Road, Waipawa District” by substituting ... “Amalgamated with the land in certificate of title M1/429, subject to mortgage 540990.5” in the recital, with ... “vested in Michael Frederick Eric Hardy of Makaretu, farmer (1/4 share) and Jane Catherine Hardy of Makaretu, married woman, George Vazey Erickson, stock agent and Donald Victor Smith, chartered accountant, both of Waipawa (jointly 3/4 share) as tenants in common in the said shares”.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Severed by Road—Pa Valley Road, Dannevirke

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road, which shall vest in The Tararua District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped, and further declares:

(i) Areas 1, 2, 3, 5, 14 and 15 shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 598/25, subject to mortgages B. 578126.3 and B. 578126.4.

(ii) Areas 4 and 6 shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 90/300.

(iii) Areas 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12 shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 38A/325.

(iv) Areas 11, 13 and 16 shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 524/191, subject to mortgage 277482.

(v) Area 17 shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 38A/324.

(vi) Areas 18 and 20 shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 105/16, subject to mortgage 277482.

(vii) Area 19 shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 19B/1441, subject to mortgage B. 111132.3 and lease B. 294577.3.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) and further declares:

(i) Area 1 shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 90/300.

(ii) Areas 2 and 3 shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 598/25, subject to mortgages B. 578126.3 and B. 578126.4.
