Declaring Land to be Set Apart for Railway Purposes in the District of Marlborough

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for railway purposes.

595 square metres, being part Section 756, Town of Picton, comprised and described in conveyance 4582 (deeds index 1/892), and part Section 758, Town of Picton, comprised and described in conveyance 5353 (deeds index 2/638); shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 7289, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Blenheim.

Pursuant to the Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares:

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be declared road, and shall vest in The Southland District Council.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1997, No. 4.
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
