Road Realignment in Hamilton City

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Hamilton City Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that:

(i) Area “K”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60555, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 29C/417, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 009188.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Area “J”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 60555, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 29C/418, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 429015.1, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Areas “B” and “C”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 60555, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 14B/599, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 424172.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) Areas “D”, “F” and “G”, now known together as Section 4, S.O. 60555, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 13C/1453, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 424172.2, South Auckland Land Registry.
