Land Acquired in Connection With a Road in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for use in connection with a road; subject to transfer B. 366250.2, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
