Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road in Wellington City

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, takes the land described in the Schedule for road.

All that parcel of land containing 152 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1A, D.P. 859 and all certificate of title 44A/722, Wellington Land Registry.

Road Realignment in Hauraki District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Hauraki District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 199, declares the piece of stopped road and the land taken, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 48349, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 22B/1236, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 153875.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to Parts II and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Hamilton City Council.
