Cancellation of the Vesting in the Tararua District Council of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, cancels the vesting in the Tararua District Council of the local purpose (metal) reserves, described in the Schedule hereto.

Firstly: 4.5277 hectares, more or less, being part Section 7, Block II, Weber Survey District (4.4440 hectares) part New Zealand Gazette, 1887, page 1394. S.O. Plans 539 and 5483. And Section 47 (formerly closed road), Block II, Weber Survey District (837 square metres). Part Gazette notice 383196.1 (New Zealand Gazette, 1980, page 2696) S.O. Plans 5483 and 7882.

Secondly: 3.8445 hectares, more or less, being Section 3, Block II, Weber Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1887, page 1394.

Land Acquired for Recreation Reserve in Hamilton City

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a local purpose (sewerage ponds) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Far North District Council, and

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.
