Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Far North District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule, excluding so much of the land described as is reserved to the Crown, pursuant to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925, subject to the reservations and exclusions from the land secondly to thirtyenthly (inclusive) described, pursuant to section 3 of the Petroleum Act 1937, section 8 of the Atomic Energy Act 1945, section 3 of the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, sections 4 and 8 of the Mining Act 1971, sections 5 and 261 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, excluding as to the land foretenthly (inclusive) all minerals and metals upon within or under the said land also all kauri timber growing or being upon the said land excepted by conveyance 177077 (R.120/191) and subject to easement relating to mining appurtenant to the mines and minerals (C.T. 751/91) and the easement relating to kauri timber (deeds index Ic 133) created by conveyance 177077 (R.120/191), to be road which shall vest in The Far North District Council; and

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.

Land Acquired for Road in Far North District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The Far North District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land for Road in Franklin District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby amends the declaration dated the 26th day of February 1973, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 March 1973, No. 18, page 408, declaring land taken for road in Franklin County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the land firstly, secondly and thirdly described in the legal description the words “(S.O. 47172)” and inserting the words “(S.O. 47173)” and by deleting from the land fourthly described in the legal description the words “(S.O. 47173)” and inserting the words “(S.O. 47172)”.
