Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in The South Waikato District Council in Fee Simple and How the Value Therefore Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land shall vest in The South Waikato District Council in fee simple provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the said land is paid by council into its reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

2054 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1187, D.P. S. 3884, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District. Part certificate of title 1298/24.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Naming of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The North Shore City Council on the 17th day of June 1997:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on The North Shore City Council by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the North Shore City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said city in fee-simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Bayswater Park.

2.3962 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 34397, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District. All certificate of title 957/288.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, revokes the reservation over that part of the Bluff Hill Domain Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Classification of Reserves
