Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional
Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the
Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the
following resolution was passed by The Manukau City
Council on the third day of July 1996:

"That pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977,
the land described in the Schedule below, is declared
reserve to be held for recreation purposes as set out in
section 17 of the Act".

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City

8.8100 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 3, D.P. 31398,
situated in Block I, Wairoa Survey District; shown marked
"A" on S.O. 53747. Part certificate of title 38A/974
(cancelled). Subject to an electricity easement in favour of
Auckland Electric Power Board created by Deed 412962
(R591/36).

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Waimakariri District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional
Conservator, Canterbury, hereby classifies the reserve
described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve,
and vests the said reserve in The Waimakariri District
Council in trust for that purpose.

Cancellation of Vesting Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional
Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the
Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in
The Tararua District Council (formerly Pahiatua County
Council) over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Resource Management Act 1991

Vesting of Land in North Shore City Council

Pursuant to section 355 (3) of the Resource Management
Act 1991, the Minister of Conservation vests the land
described in the Schedule hereto in North Shore City
Council as recreation reserves, subject to the Reserves Act
1977.
