Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 27) in Hauraki District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 27) in Hauraki District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Minister of Lands declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Stopped in Rotorua District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and further declares that the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 5, S.O. 58821, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 59D/395, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 158453.3., South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that:

(a) Area “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60011, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 55D/854, South Auckland Land Registry.

(b) Areas “B” and “C”, now known as Sections 2 and 3, S.O. 60011 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 55D/855, South Auckland Land Registry.

(c) Area “D”, now known as Section 4, S.O. 60011, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 55D/856, South Auckland Land Registry.
