Corrigendum

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

In the notice issued on the 26th day of May 1977 with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette dated the 2nd day of June 1977, No. 63, page 1568, the following amendment is required:

“reservation to be known as TAUTEIHIHIHI-NGATOKI MATAHOURUA MARAE” should read:

“reservation to be known as TAUTEIHIHIHI MARAE”

Corrigendum

In the notice issued on the 2nd day of August 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 132, page 2743, amend the title from “Part Te Kaha 36 and 37, No. 4” to read “Te Kaha 78” and amend the area from “2.9620 ha” to read “2.7900 ha”.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of marae and associated activities, for the common use and benefit of Ngapuhi Tribe.

All that piece of land situated in Block III, Punakitere Survey District and described as follows:

Land Declared No Longer Needed For Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949, and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, John Graeme Simpson, National Property Manager, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
2. This notice shall come into force on 7 February 1997.
