(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the road described in the Second Schedule shall be stopped and that the land firstly and secondly described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title 6A/993, subject to all existing encumbrances, and that the land thirdly, fourthly and fifthly described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land held in certificate of title 6B/208, subject to all existing encumbrances.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, shall be taken as a severance and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 6A/993, subject to all existing encumbrances.

Acquiring Easements in Gross Over Land at Glenkens Road for a High Frequency Radio Station

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that agreements having been entered into, that the easements in gross described in the First Schedule, are hereby acquired forever over the land in the Second Schedule and the easements shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Third Schedule.
