Classification of Reserve and Vesting in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as an historic reserve and vests the reserve in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council in trust for that purpose.

690 square metres, more or less, being Lot 4, D.P. 18410, Block VIII, Town of Arrowtown. All certificate of title 9C/249.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve, over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Dunedin City Council at current market value, the proceeds from sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of a Reserve and Appointment of a Trust to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting of control of the local purpose reserve (community use) described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the trustees of the Central Community Trust to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
