(i) Firstly, pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for electrical purposes and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette, and

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for limited access road, and the land described in the Second Schedule is hereby acquired for limited access road, both parcels of land pursuant to section 60 (2) and 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, become road, limited access road and form part of the State Highway No. 1, and the land in the Second Schedule shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
