Road Realignment in the District of Rangitikei

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Rangitikei District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares:

(i) The portion of road first described in the Second Schedule hereto be stopped and added to the land in certificate of title 229/6, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Titles Office.

(ii) The portion of road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto be stopped and added to the land in certificate of title 31B/232, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Titles Office.

(iii) The portion of road thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto be stopped and added to the land in certificate of title 481/180, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Titles Office.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares:

(i) The land first described in the Third Schedule hereto to be added to the land in certificate of title 229/6, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Titles Office.
