Land Acquired for Conservation Purposes, Near Mokau, Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Conservation declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired together with the appurtenant right of way created by transfer 200517 for conservation purposes, and shall vest in the Crown subject to the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Taken for a Main Sewer Outfall in Block V, Pencarrow Survey District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Wellington Region, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 21 September 1964, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 September 1964 at page 1588, by deleting the Schedule of that notice and substituting the following Schedule:

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
