Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 27—Waikaka Bridge to Waharoa

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 5 June 1996 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 27 on both sides of the highway commencing at the Waikaka Bridge north abutment (at RP 16/2.46) and extending in a southerly direction to the intersection of State Highway No. 27 and Walker Street, Waharoa (at RP 66/1.93); as more particularly shown on plans LA/20/102/1, LA/20/103/1, LA/20/104/1 and LA/20/104/2 and accompanying Schedules held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 5 June 1996 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 27 on both sides of the highway commencing at the Waharoa Railway Crossing (at RP 66/2.71) and extending in a southerly direction to the intersection of State Highway No. 27 and Gladstone Road (at RP 66/7.36); as more particularly shown on plan LA/20/105/1, Sheets 1 to 6, and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.

Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 27—Matamata to State Highway No. 27/29 Intersection

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 5 June 1996 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 27 on both sides of the highway commencing at the intersection of State Highway No. 27 and Burwood Road (at RP 66/9.84) and extending in a southerly direction to the intersection of State Highway No. 27 and State Highway No. 29 (at RP 66/17.47); as more particularly shown on plan LA/20/105/2, Sheets 1 to 9, and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.

Revoking Section of State Highway and Declaring New Section of State Highway—State Highway No. 27—Whakahoro Deviation

Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State highway described in the First Schedule hereto, is revoked and the section of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, is declared to be State highway within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.

First Schedule

That section of State Highway No. 27 commencing at its junction with the Paeroa-Tahuna Road (at RP 27/3.96) proceeding in a westerly direction along Tahuna Road to its junction with No. 8 Road and then proceeding in a southerly direction along No. 8 Road to its southern intersection with the Whakahoro Deviation (at RP 27/7.38).

Second Schedule

That section of road known as the Whakahoro Deviation commencing at its intersection with the Paeroa-Tahuna Road (at RP 27/3.96) proceeding generally in southerly direction along the Whakahoro Deviation to its southern intersection with No. 8 Road (at RP 27/7.38).

Conservation

Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, from recreation reserve to local purpose (road) reserve, and further, changes the classification of the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, from local purpose (site for a scout den) reserve to local purpose (road) reserve.
