The Traffic (Papakura District) Notice No. 1, 1996
Pursuant to section 52 (3) of the Transport Act 1962, and under and by way of powers delegated to me from the Minister of Transport in an instrument of delegation dated 31 August 1990, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport give the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Papakura District) Notice No. 1, 1996.
The First Schedule of the Traffic (Papakura District) Notice No. 1, 1992*, signed at Wellington on the 14th day of February 1992, which declares the named area to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is hereby amended by the First Schedule below.

SITUATED within Papakura District at Papakura, Takanini and Red Hill:
By omitting the words "... thence easterly, generally ..." in line 22 and substituting the words "... thence south-easterly, generally ..." and by omitting the words "... 50 metres measured southerly ..." in line 23 and 24 and substituting the words "... 150 metres measured southerly ...".

The Traffic (Revocation of Notices : Buller and Westland District) Notice No. 1, 1996
Pursuant to section 52 (3) of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and under and by way of powers delegated to me from the Minister of Transport in an instrument of delegation dated the 31st day of August 1990, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport give the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Revocation of Notices : Buller and Westland District) Notice No. 1, 1996.
Pursuant to section 52 (3) of the Transport Act and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, the following notices are revoked:

The Traffic (Buller County) Notice No. 1, 1979, dated at Wellington on the 18th day of December 1978, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and relating to a speed restriction at Punakaiki.

The Traffic (Westland County) Notice No. 1, 1989, signed at Wellington on the 29th day of May 1989, issued pursuant to the Transport Act 1962 and to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and relating to a speed restriction at Franz Josef.

That part of the Traffic (Westland County) Notice No. 1, 1972, dated at Wellington on the 27th day of January 1972, issued pursuant to regulations 27 and 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956 which relates to a speed restriction on No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth) at Fox Glacier.

Eastland Rural Fire District Notice 1995, Amendment No. 1
Pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice:
Notice
- Title and commencementโ(1) This notice shall be cited as the Eastland Rural Fire District Notice 1995, Amendment No. 1 and shall be read with and be deemed part of the notice constituting the Eastland Rural Fire District made on the 15th day of November 1995 (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Amendment of Rural Fire Districtโ(1) The principal notice is hereby amended by omitting clause 1, clause 2 and clause 8 of the Schedule thereto and substituting clause 1, clause 2 and clause 8 set out in the Schedule to this notice.

All those parcels containing 118 000 hectares, more or less, as shown on S.O. Plan 8772, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Gisborne.

All those parcels containing 28 921 hectares, more or less, as shown on S.O. Plan 8773, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Gisborne.

The boundaries are more particularly delineated, but excluding the fire safety margin, on those plans NRFA 119 entitled Eastland Rural Fire District, deposited in the National Office of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington.
