International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, John Gibson Bradbury, hereby give notice that I intend to exercise the power conferred by

section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the international air service licence issued to Malaysia Airlines to permit the airline to operate up to the equivalent of 3 B747 return services per week between Malaysia and New Zealand.

This amendment will take effect from 1 April 1996.
