Reservation of Land

Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.

Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Far North District

405 square metres, more or less, being closed road, situated in Block V, Mangonui Survey District, and adjoining Allotment 266, Town of Mangonui, as shown on S.O. Plan 39031.

Corrigendum

Classification of Reserve

In the notice dated 4 July 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 July 1996, No. 70, page 1762, in the headings to the Schedule omit the words ‘Marlborough Land District—Kaikoura District’ and add the words ‘Nelson Land District—Tasman District’ and further omit the words ‘Nelson Land District—Tasman District’ and add the words ‘Marlborough Land District—Kaikoura District’.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further declares the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Whaotetupua Scenic Reserve.

272.7000 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 155283, situated in Block XI, Waoku Survey District. All certificate of title 92D/114.

Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a recreation reserve to a reserve for local purpose (site for a child centre).

Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1996, No. 2.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the land described in the Second Schedule, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
