Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road, Block IX, Takahue Survey District in the Far North District

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Far North District Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

North Auckland Land District

1163 square metres, more or less, being unformed legal road adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 132945 and Okahu 3B2B2; shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 68141, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

835 square metres, more or less, being unformed legal road adjoining part Kaiwae Block; shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 68141, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road, Blocks III, V and VI, Tutamoe Survey District Situated in Kaipara and Whangarei Districts

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by The Kaipara and Whangarei District Councils, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

4,1320 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road adjoining Sections 8, 14, 21 and part Section 7, Block VI, Tutamoe Survey District; shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 67500.

1,7790 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road adjoining Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 41887 and Sections 9, 26, 27 and 57, Block V, Tutamoe Survey District; shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 67508.

Both situated in Kaipara District.

37.9025 hectares, more or less, being unformed legal road adjoining Sections 3, 4, 12A, 15, 17 and 18, Block III, Tutamoe Survey District and Section 8, Block VI, Tutamoe Survey District and Ketetangariki B2D Block; shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 67527. Situated in Kaipara and Whangarei Districts.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road in Hamilton City

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
