(iv) A copy of this notice must be carried in the vehicle at all times and must be readily available for inspection.

Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and, pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Act, further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of section 17 of the latter Act.

Waiatarua Fire District Notice, August 1996

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Waiatarua Fire District Notice, August 1996.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 15th day of August 1996.

3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for the previous agreement for protection of the Waiatarua community between the New Zealand Fire Service and The Waitakere City Council.

Constitution of a Fire District

4. The urban areas of the town of Waiatarua are hereby constituted as a fire district.

5. The boundary of the constituted fire district is defined and delineated on a plan held at the National Office, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.
