Glen Hamilton Parr, Australian Army Band Corps, is appointed to the RNZN in the rank of Lieutenant, with seniority from 1 January 1993 and effect from 3 April 1996.

Kevin Gordon Mains, Canadian Forces, is appointed to the RNZN in the rank of Lieutenant, with seniority from 1 July 1992 and effect from 4 June 1996.

Surgeon Sub Lieutenant (on prob.) A.D. Holley, M.B., B.Ch., to be Surgeon Lieutenant (on prob.) with seniority from 1 January 1992 and effect from 6 July 1996.
