Queenstown Reserves Vesting and Empowering Act 1971

Declaration that Land Shall Vest in The Queenstown-Lakes District Council and Proceeds to be Paid into Queenstown Reserves Sales Account

Pursuant to the Queenstown Reserves Vesting and Empowering Act 1971, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, shall vest as an estate in fee simple in the mayor, councillors and citizens of the district of Queenstown-Lakes, and further declares that all money received by the council on the sale or lease of the said land shall, in accordance with the said Act, be paid by the council into a separate account, know as the Queenstown Reserves Sales Account.

Reserves Act 1977

Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification over that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from recreation reserve to local purpose (utility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Far North District Council on the 12th day of April 1996.

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Far North District Council hereby resolves that, the price of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a local purpose reserve (community use), subject to section 23 of the said Act”.

Revocation of Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage Reserves
