integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
St Caniceβs School, Westport.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 9th day of July 1996. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 123 Victoria Avenue, Christchurch.

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the Wellington Jewish Community Centre, the proprietor of the following school:
Moriah College Primary School, Wellington.
The said integration agreement was executed on the 15th day of July 1996. A copy of the agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the national office of the Ministry of Education, Pipitea Street, Wellington.

Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977
Permission to Conduct Within New Zealand an Instant Game Promoted Outside New Zealand
Pursuant to section 69 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977, I, Peter Dunne, Minister of Internal Affairs, hereby permit Sola Opticals, Australia, to conduct within New Zealand, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule to this notice, an instant game promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme to promote the sales of Sola Graduate Optical Lenses.

Conditions
The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely:
- Sola Optical shall not conduct the sales promotion scheme in New Zealand after 31 October 1996.
- The results of the sales promotion scheme shall be published in the New Zealand Herald in the week ending 23 November 1996.
- New Zealand winners shall not be subject to any extra cost when they claim their prizes.
- The chance of a New Zealand participant winning a prize shall be equal to that of an overseas participant.
