subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule to this notice, a lottery promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme to promote the sales of Southport Wines.
Schedule
Conditions
The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely:
(1) Southport Wines shall not conduct the sales promotion scheme in New Zealand after 31 December 1996.
(2) The results of the sales promotion scheme shall be published in the Sunday Star Times on 26 January 1997. Winners will be notified by mail.
(3) New Zealand winners shall not be subject to any extra cost when they claim their prizes.
(4) The chance of a New Zealand participant winning a prize shall be equal to that of an overseas participant.

Civil Aviation Emergency Rule
Pursuant to section 35 (2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Kevin William Ward, the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby give notice that the following emergency rule has been made, effective from the date of this notice:
Carriage of Oxygen Generators by Air
This emergency rule shall, unless renewed prior to expiry, remain in force for a period of 90 days from the date of this notice.
This emergency rule is available:
- to the public for inspection, free of charge, at Aviation House, 1 Market Grove, Lower Hutt;
- for purchase, at a reasonable price, from Publishing Solutions Limited. Telephone: 0800 800 359.

Part 26—Additional Airworthiness Requirements,
Part 129—Foreign Air Transport Operator—Certification
—pursuant to section 34 (1)(a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990. The submission time for the proposed parts is indicated in the NPRM and is not less than 30 days.
