To the Broadcasting Commission

Pursuant to section 69 (1) of the Broadcasting Act 1989, I hereby give you notice that you may spend $1,674,000 (one million, six hundred and seventy four thousand dollars) [including G.S.T.] on account of administrative expenses, excluding those administrative expenses involved in collecting the Public Broadcasting Fees, in the financial year commencing on the 1st day of July 1996 and ending with the close of the 30th day of June 1997.

Pursuant to section 54M of the Broadcasting Act 1989 (as inserted by the Broadcasting Amendment Act 1993), I hereby give you notice that you may spend $1,000,000 (one million dollars) [including G.S.T.] on account of administrative expenses in the financial year commencing on the 1st day of July 1996 and ending with the close of the 30th day of June 1997.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 November 1995, which was granted under those regulations to Hine Ryland in respect of:

Te Awa Iti Kohanga Reo, situated at 146 Mungavin Avenue, Cannons Creek, Porirua.

The centre has voluntarily closed as from 14 June 1996.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
