In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, notice under section 38 of the Electricity Act 1992, dated the 13th day of June 1996, New Zealand Gazette, No. 61, page 1523, the year in which NZECP 11, NZECP 29, NZECP 50 and NZECP 51 in the short form reference to those codes in the Second Schedule, should read 1993, not 1996.

A DECLARATION
Pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Patents Act 1953, and section 10 (2) of the Designs Act 1953, I, Sir Michael Hardie Boys, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby declare the Canterbury International Agricultural Show to be held at the A & P Showgrounds, Lincoln Road, Christchurch, New Zealand from Wednesday, 13 November 1996 to Friday, 15 November 1996, to be an industrial exhibition for the purposes of the said Acts.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, signed this 1st day of July 1996.
