Countrywide Banking Corporation Limited at Auckland, being the mortgagee under mortgage No. 342242.2 hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 104D of the Property Law Act 1952, that on or about the 3rd day of July 1996 it took possession of the property owned by Bruce Fleet and James Henry Purvis at 182 Hampden Street, Nelson, being the property comprised in certificate of title 4B/813 (Nelson Land Registry).

Pursuant to section 63B (4) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967 and after consultation with the New Zealand Wool Board, I hereby give notice that the woolmarking preparation set out in the Schedule hereto (being product of Ciba Geigy NZ Ltd) is approved as suitable for use for all purposes in making marks on the wool of sheep.
