Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, declares that an agreement has been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a State primary school and shall vest in the Crown on the 30th day of May 1996.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Acquired for Road and Recreation Ground in North Shore City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, amends the declaration dated the 21st day of February 1996, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 29 February 1996, No. 19, page 654, declaring land acquired for road and recreation ground, pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the operative clause the words “recreation ground, and the said road and recreation ground” and inserting the words “recreation reserve, and the said road and recreation reserve”.

Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped in Rodney District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, hereby amends the notice dated the 27th day of May 1996, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 May 1996, No. 54, page 1417, declaring road to be stopped in Rodney District, pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the land firstly described in the legal description the letter “A” and substituting the letter “C” and by deleting from the land secondly described in the legal description the letter “B” and substituting the letter “D”.

Road Re-Alignment (State Highway No. 3) Scowns Hill, South Taranaki

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares:

(a) Pursuant to sections 20 (1), 52 (1) and 114 (1), the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1), the area described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be taken.

(c) Pursuant to section 116 (1), the areas described in the Third and Fourth Schedules hereto, to be stopped.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 (3), 119 (2) and 120 (1):

(i) The stopped road described in the Third Schedule, now known as Section 1, S.O. 13460, to be vested in Maurcie John Le Prou as to a ¼ share, Robyn Dorothy Le Prou as to a ¼ share, Michael John Stevenson as to a ¼ share, Barbara Jane Stevenson as to a ¼ share, Mark Ian Stevenson as to an undivided ½ share and Patricia Margaret Stevenson as to a ½ share, all as tenants in common and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume E4, folio 333, subject to certificate 190702, memorandum of mortgage 394068.3 and caveat 427247.

(ii) The severance described in Second Schedule and the stopped road described in the Fourth Schedule, now known as Section 1, S.O. 13459, to be vested in Garth Raymond Scown and Stephanie Anne Scown and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title B4/1340, subject to certificate 190702 and memorandum of mortgage 390436.5.
