Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for service lane and shall vest in The New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
