Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for justice purposes and to remain vested in the Crown.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member – Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for local purpose (esplanade) reserve and vested in The Porirua City Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Porirua City Council.
