Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of marae, kainga matua, kohanga reo, hau ora me nga mahi ngahau, to be known as Kaingahoa for the common use and benefit of the nga uri o rewiri ahitapu me te hapu o patukeha.

Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1996, No. 8.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for a Public Carpark in South Waikato District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a public carpark and shall vest in The South Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 116 (1), the areas of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), the road described in the Schedule now known as Sections 2 and 3, S.O. 12669, when stopped, to be vested in Keith Albert Foreman and Graeme Keith Foreman.
