A.4. Purchase of Downgraded or “Other” Produce

Unless the board wishes to purchase the produce as a Standard or a Non-Standard Produce, the board will provide any supplier on request with purchase orders for Down-Graded Produce or “Other” Produce intended for export provided the produce is merchantable and the returns are likely to exceed the costs which the board would incur in selling the produce, whether or not the produce is edible.

Paeroa Fire District Notice, June 1996

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

This notice may be cited as the Paeroa Fire District Notice, June 1996.
This notice shall come into force on the 10th day of June 1996.
This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for the Paeroa Fire District.

Constitution of a Fire District

The urban areas of the town of Paeroa are hereby constituted as a Fire District.
The boundary of the constituted Fire District is defined and delineated on a plan held at the National Office, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Wairarapa Catchment Board (now Wellington Regional Council) to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Wellington Land District—South Wairarapa District

440 hectares, more or less, being Section 298, Awhea District, situated in Block XIII, Waipawa Survey District.

Classification and Vesting of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a local purpose reserve (soil conservation and river control purposes) subject to the said Act, and further, vests the said reserve in the Wellington Regional Council, in trust for that purpose subject to a restriction that the reserve shall not be developed for afforestation.
