At Wellington this 26th day of February 1996

Present:

Her Excellency the Governor-General in Council

Pursuant to section 3 (1) of the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

Order

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as The Canterbury Sheep Exhibitors and Breeders Agricultural and Pastoral Association Incorporation Order 1996.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  1. Incorporation of society—All persons who, immediately before the commencement of this order, are members of the Canterbury Sheep Exhibitors and Breeders Club, or who, on or after the commencement of this order, become members of the society in accordance with its rules and with the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908, are hereby incorporated into a body corporate having the name “The Canterbury Sheep Exhibitors and Breeders Agricultural and Pastoral Association Incorporated”.

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, constitutes the Canterbury Sheep Exhibitors and Breeders Club as a body corporate having the name “The Canterbury Sheep Exhibitors and Breeders Agricultural and Pastoral Association Incorporated”.


Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1979

Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee Election (Notice No. 1006)

Pursuant to regulation 15 (4) and the Second Schedule to the Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1979, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of two producers’ representatives in the Northern Ward to the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places: viz., Ministry of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington, also at the offices of the Ministry of Agriculture at Invercargill, Dunedin, Timaru and Waimate, the Post Office, Temuka, and at the residence of Bruce Houliston (Secretary), 26 Innes Street, Waimate.

The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven (7) days from Thursday, 23 May 1996, during which period any person may lodge with the Returning Officer an objection in writing under his or her hand to any entry on the roll.

Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from:

Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer no later than noon on the 10th day of July 1996.

Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee Election (Notice No. 1007)
