Declaration Revoking the Dissolution of a Charitable Trust

The Charitable Trusts Act 1957

I, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving the TE KOHI-KOHINGA TRUST
HN. C.T. 379754, was made in error and that that declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly, pursuant to section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

I, Timothy Joseph Miller, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving the THAMES WOMENS REFUGE INCORPORATED
HN. I.S. 212504, was made in error and that that declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly, pursuant to section 28 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Proposed Release of Deposit

The Insurance Companies’ Deposits Act 1953

AGC Insurances (NZ) Limited (herein called “the company”), has given notice to the public trustee that it has ceased to carry on the business of insurance in New Zealand and that it proposes to withdraw, pursuant to section 19 of the Act, the deposit which has been made by it with the public trustee.

The public trustee therefore gives notice, pursuant to section 19 (3) of the Act, that being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for the purposes to release to the company on or after 28 June 1996, the amount deposited with him by the company.

Any objections to the release of the amount deposited should be lodged with the public trustee at the Public Trust Office, 117–125 Lambton Quay, Wellington 1, on or before 15 June 1996.

Dated at Wellington this 12th day of May 1996.
