Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Lot 1, D.P. 3488, now being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 3C, folio 537 and Lot 1, D.P. 3507, being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 3C, folio 537 and both being part Reporoaagare 4G which were set apart for the purpose of a meeting place, place of worship, recreation ground and source of water supply, church site and place of historic interest and urupa for the common use and benefit of the owners of the Wi Pere Trust Estate by notices published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 43, page 1286 of the 23rd day of July 1970 and No. 136, page 2825 of the 23rd day of September 1993.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road and for Local Purpose (Road) Reserve in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for local purpose (road) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the land in both Schedules shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
