NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road in the First Schedule to be stopped and further declares that:

(1) The area marked “Q” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1A/602, subject to memoranda of mortgages 062138.3 and 066738.3 (Westland Registry).

(2) The area marked “R” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 2C/1468, subject to memoranda of mortgages 062138.3 and 066738.3 (Westland Registry).

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares that the land described in the Second Schedule be taken for severance and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1A/602, subject to memoranda of mortgages 062138.3 and 066738.3 (Westland Registry).

Land in Thames-Coromandel District Acquired for Service Lane

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for service lane and shall vest in The Thames-Coromandel District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
