Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1996, No. 7.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Declaring Land Acquired for Water Catchment Purposes in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired, subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948, electricity agreement No. 282375 and right to convey water No. 571555/1 for water catchment purposes and shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 2nd day of May 1996.
