Declaration that Land Shall be a Walkway

Pursuant to the New Zealand Walkways Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Otago Regional Conservator, hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be a walkway, and shall hereafter be known as Leith Saddle Walkway.

Pursuant to section 146 of the Land Act 1948, notice is hereby given that Landcorp Investments Limited at Wellington, with the approval of the Minister of Lands, has by resolution declared the licence described in the Schedule hereto forfeited, and that the land is thereby reverted to Landcorp Investments Limited.

Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Department of Conservation in the Southland Conservancy, hereby changes the classification of the Dolamore Park Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule below, from recreation reserve to scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (b) of the said Act.
