Land to be Declared Road and Road to be Stopped, Situated in Block VII, Oteramika Hundred

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Southland District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be stopped, and when stopped, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 190, folio 159, subject to all existing encumbrances.

Road Realignment in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 (4) (a), declares the said piece of stopped road and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 58451, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 32A/727, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 934579, South Auckland Land Registry.
