The Medicines (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Notice 1993, Amendment No. 1

Pursuant to section 2 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Medicines (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Notice 1993, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Medicines (Approved Laboratories and Analysts in Charge) Notice 1993* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of May 1996.

2. Analysts in charge—The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby amended by omitting the name and qualifications "Dr Margaret Elizabeth Lawton, B.Sc. (HONS), PH.D.," where they occur in the second column of the Schedule, and substituting the name and qualifications "Dr Keith Richard Bedford, M.Sc. (HONS), PH.D.".
